Bollard Covers are a great low cost way to advertise your products and special promotions!

They are printed in full colour on all 3 sides and come complete with double sided tape for quick assembly. Supplied flat and assembled in seconds!

Corflute sign for bollards (Sign Only) does not include bollard. Can be purchased inClass 1 or 2 reflective also.

Design

We understand that the design can often be the difficult part when ordering signage so we have given you a few easy options:

Option 1 – Print Ready Artwork:

Use the “Customise” button at Step 6 and upload your design. Or email your file to [email protected] after you have placed your order.

All artwork files are to be in pdf or eps vector format with all fonts outlined.

Option 2 – Use / Edit an existing sign in our range:

Add the SKU of the sign you would like customised to the bollard sign size and any changes required into the text box at Step 4 – ENTER SKU.

Option 3 – Create your own design online:

Option 4 – You need help with the design:

If you do not have a design bone in your body or would just like to deal with a real person, we understand. Place you order and email us the design details to [email protected]. We will contact you to help put your design together.

Artwork Proofs and Design Charges

Regardless of the design option you choose, you will receive artwork proofs for sign off before we commence printing. You can make as many changes to the first proof as required and receive a second proof for approval.

The design charges are included in the cost of the sign. Please note, in some circumstances additional fees may apply:

• If additional changes are required after the second proof.
• If artwork is provided in low resolution and needs to be recreated.
• If we are altering an existing sign or creating one from scratch for you and the design is highly complex.

If any additional design fees apply you will be notified of the costs prior to us commencing on your order and you can decide if you would like to proceed.

Material

Corflute

Is a corrugated polypropylene that is ideal for short to medium-term outdoor use on building and construction sites. Corflute safety signs are commonly fixed to timber or chain wire hoarding fences and internal locations around building sites. The corflute used is 5mm thick and has UV resilient digitally printed graphics applied.

Class 1 Reflective

Class 1 or other known as Class 400 reflective is the higher grade of reflectivity, and it is identifiable by its honeycomb pattern. Our Prismatic Reflective Film is designed for short and medium term outdoor applications.Class 1 Reflective is best suited for high intensity reflective signage and vehicle applications as it reflects light from wide angles. All signs used on a public road must be Class 1 to comply.

Class 2 Reflective

Class 2 reflective is commonly used for non critical, non regulatory applications that still require high visibility and retroreflectivity. It is referred to as engineer grade. Don’t underestimate the reflectivity of Class 2 films when finding a solution for your needs.
